Balance of Nature is a way to get fruits and vegetables. I wanted to tell you what I think about it and share a simple recipe to get your full dose in!
Balance of Nature Fiber and Spice may be a bit offputting for some with its strong flavor and texture. I created a smoothie that makes it delicious and give you a review of my honest thoughts about it.
Disclaimer: I did receive these products for free with no promise to post about them, but decided I wanted to share my experience with you all!

I recently came across Balance of Nature because of my friends over at Pretty Providence. So I wanted to give them a try! The whole idea of it really fascinated me. We eat a LOT of fast food at our house so I am rarely getting the vitamins from fruits and vegetables that I need. I also was super interested in the Fiber and Spice because my family has a little history of tummy troubles.

What is Balance of Nature?
This company’s goal is to get you the vitamins fruits and vegetables offer in an easy, simple way. We are supposed to eat a LOT of fruits and vegetables in a day and a lot of people don’t realize this. The little capsules they have get you a head start in that direction.
Balance of Nature Fiber and Spice
Fiber and Spice is what I really want to highlight in this post because I am now completely sold on this stuff. My gut has felt so much better since I started regularly using this.
Fiber and Spice contains a powdered blend of 12 different spices and fiber that can be taken twice per day in water or juice.
I started by just taking it with water, which was fine. They suggest trying it with apple juice which I didn’t have on hand but I could see how that would be better too. My problem was the texture if I didn’t drink it fast. That’s just a general thing with fiber I have found. It kind of congeals at the bottom which was really hard for me to get down.
I’ve been super into smoothies lately so I thought maybe the texture would be easier for me with that. It totally worked and not only that this smoothie is delicious.
Does Balance of Nature Work?
To be frank, I’m not totally sure if I am sold on the Fruits & Veggies because I’m not sure if I felt a difference. However, I have bipolar disorder which makes a big difference. My moods are constantly fluctuating and I have energy issues that fluctuate from not needing any sleep for days to needing a three-hour nap after a 10-hour night of sleep.
So I have a unique circumstance and am not sure I can totally speak to the effects of the capsules. I will say I’d rather take them than not! Even with taking multivitamins, these make me feel like I’m getting some vitamins that my body wants and needs.
I CAN tell you with full confidence that Fiber and Spice totally works for me and has been a game changer for my gut. I can tell a definite difference in bloating.
With both of these products, consistency is totally necessary. You won’t tell much of a difference with Fiber and Spice if you take it sporadically. In fact, it took about 5 days to really see the full effects of it.

One less thing I have to think of each month! There are no contracts on your preferred membership. You may pause, cancel, or reschedule your shipments anytime.
You can also purchase the supplements separately — but you’ll still want to sign up as a preferred customer because you will get a discount on those as well. As a preferred member, you will receive $20 off the Fruits & Veggies, $20 off the Fiber and Spice, or $40 off the entire Whole Health System.
Is Balance of Nature a Good Choice?
Balance of Nature supplements will have a varying effect from person to person. For me personally, I did not notice much of a difference in the Fruits & Veggies capsules but really noticed a difference with the Fiber and Spice.
If you’re looking for another honest review of the full system head over to my friend’s at Pretty Providence. They have found benefits from the capsules that I didn’t so it’s worth reading about their experience too!
I have been taking the fruits & vegetable capsules for a bit over a month & have not noticed anything great or bad happening! I’m going to keep taking them for 6 months & if I don’t feel any different, I’m going to stop taking them!
