I made 3 FREE llama shirt cut files for you to use however you’d like! They are a little silly, but understated. In other words: perfect.

I love that llamas are a thing right now. I think they’re so fun so I wanted to put a little variation on the theme with a minimalist design and simple look. Cricut has some very fun patterned options and I wanted to come up with a design the utilized them.

I actually showed off these fun shirts on Studio 5 which you can see here!

I used Everyday Iron On for the text and the cutest pattern iron on for the llamas. Cricut has SO MANY patterned iron on options and I am really digging them. Of course I like the one I used but you also need to check out their black and white florals because they’re so cute.

After they were cut I weeded the vinyl. I like to use my hands to pull the big parts away and then use my weeding tool for the smaller parts.

Iron on your vinyl with your EasyPress 2 at 320 degrees for 30 seconds. I started with the text first.

Once the text is on, you’ll want to use a teflon sheet to cover the exposed vinyl before you iron on the second layer. Some of these designs can be done with the patterned and every day iron on at the same time but in the case of the ‘Solving a Llama Problems’ file, you’re going to want to use a layering method. You can read more about that in my sassy heart cut file post too.

Remove the plastic after the vinyl has cooled and you are all done! One thing I often do is replace the teflon sheet and iron it on again.
