This jungle party looks so fun and was so simple to put together! Check out all the free printables included too plus food and decor ideas.
I am so excited to share today’s post all about Leo’s fun birthday bash! It was inevitable with a name like ‘Leo’ that he would have a jungle themed party. Chances are this won’t be his last, but I’m not mad about it.
I’m here to share every detail so you can recreate this party easily. Each part is included here or linked to the full tutorial of how I created that aspect of the party.

My very first concern was the decor. Oriental Trading had me covered! These darling vines were perfect for hanging the little plush toys I gave as party favors. I also got these darling animal print balloons. As a weight to hold them down I used little jingle bells which I also picked up from Oriental Trading. It was so perfect because the babies loved the balloons AND the jingle bells!
Another aspect of decor I did was just lay out large palm leaves. I put them on the food table and also made a bamboo leaf garland. I used this garland to signify where the photobooth was!
The next aspect of every party is the food. I brainstormed with a few friends (my Instagram Stories’ friends actually) about brainstorming some fun names and you can check out every detail with the free printables for those here.
We opted for cupcakes over a cake only because I didn’t want to do more dishes! Because I bought them from our grocery store, they weren’t very personalized to the party, so I made these DIY animal silhouette cake toppers that turned out so cute.
I briefly mentioned the Photo Booth, but man, it was a hit! I have a large canvas print of a waterfall photo I took in Puerto Rico. We put that canvas print up and set out a few fun animal face masks. The Polaroid SnapTouch made this so easy. If you haven’t seen one of these, let me introduce you. Basically it is a digital instant camera. If you have ever tried to use an instant camera and cringe every time it prints not knowing if your photo looks ok, this will solve that problem! You can immediately see the photo before you print it. You can even save the photos you take on it if you want to print them later. The camera only holds 10 photos but it takes an SD card that can hold a TON. I love this little camera! We take it on every vacation to instantly capture memories.
The final touch were these darling zebra moccasins from Freshly Picked. I just fell in love the moment I saw them and knew Leo needed them for his jungle party!
