Make your own Herb Ertlinger Fruit Wine labels. A perfect party favor or gift for any Schitt’s Creek fan. Formatted for Martinelli’s as well!

This post is part of the Schitt’s Creek party series so don’t forget to check that out. I love all things themed parties and you may like My Office birthday party post too.

In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to remove the wine label and create a new one for any wine bottle! I personally used them for Martinelli’s so you can do that as well. There is even an option for mini Martinelli’s.

How to Remove Wine Labels

Find a vessel that will fit your wine bottle all the way around the labeled area. Put 5-10 tablespoons into luke warm water and place your wine bottle in there. I left mine overnight and when I woke up they were completely off. I used a warm wash cloth to get off any residue. The photo below was before I thought about doing this!!

Use your paper cutter to cut them to size.

Now you will put them through your Xyron. If you’ve never used a Xyron it is a sticker maker! If you don’t have one you can try using glue tape but I can’t guarantee it would stick as well!

This is what it should look like when you’ve created them into stickers.

Now you will place them on your wine bottle. Make sure you pay very close attention to keep it level. I went from the middle to make sure it didn’t go too crazy. I wasn’t as detail oriented as I should have been my first two times doing this and they were pretty crooked. Once they’re on they aren’t comin’ off!

These were created as a party favor for my Schitt’s Creek party. They were such a fun/funny detail. I did take off the f work on the back… but we’re mormons and it’s still funny right?!

I feel like the overlap of Schitt’s Creek fans and yoga may be pretty big. Am I right? Here’s how to make a yoga bolster.
