I always leave the Parade of Homes so inspired. This year I grabbed some photos from my favorite aspects I want to DIY next!
I thought this was such a cool way to decorate across a bending wall. If you have a space that needs something but the space looks off balance when you put it on one side of the crease, style your gallery wall like this.
How fun would it be to DIY some wood art like this? You could do any stain of your choosing to make it match your style.
Printing off patents or graphics of your favorite things really makes a space neat and defined. I love seeing the ‘anatomy’ of the instruments.
This was so fun. I would love to do a DIY like this for the 4th of July! If I had a Cricut Maker I could do it more easily but my Cricut Explore Air will have to figure it out for me.
I saw these in a couple of house. It’s basically just wood blocks screwed onto a canvas. It cast really cool shadows and made for a cool 3D piece of art.
I’m not sure if this is so much of a DIY but more of a styling idea. You can find glass bottles like this at any thrift store and even the dollar store then just cut a couple of branches of your favorite palm and stick it in there!
Macrame is a cool thing happening right now and this would be a simple thing to DIY for any aspect of your house. Really if you frame any of your yarn projects you could get the same effect.
This inspired me to finish a DIY I started over a year ago. You may see a DIY for these little guys pretty dang soon!
